Brenda has significant Human Resource Management experience working for a variety of organizations ranging from state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations to foreign enterprises in China and Canada.
A graduate of Peking University, Brenda was in Human Resource Management for state-owned enterprises and IBM China respectively. She has studied E-commerce at the Toronto School of Business (Canada) and holds a Schulich MBA from the York University, Canada.
Prior to joining Wanmo, Brenda was the HR Manager at Tim Ocean International, an overseas company. She has organized and participated in organizational structure design, strategic HR management, corporate culture development, performance appraisal, and employee training programs.
