Jon has broad range of work experiences in operation management, marketing, and project management, in leading and participating projects in designing and implementing database systems for business processes at Fortune 500 financial institution in USA.

After graduation from TianjinUniversity in 1995, Jon obtained master degrees in MIS and business administration from the University of Iowa, and worked in The Principal Financial Group in charge of the design of database systems.

Back to China in 2005, Jon worked as operation director in China's national software export base and America funded business process outsourcing enterprise, responsible for resources utilization, operate management and performance appraisal.
